Please note that certain documents need to be uploaded or emailed to us on info@disputeresolution.org.za for us to process your request form. After approval you will receive an email with your username and login to gain full access to our mediators’ library.

In order to gain full access to the library, please upload a document used in your practice such as agreement to mediate form, screening questionnaire, settlement agreement or any other form / document used in mediation practice. The document should be your own creation and not an internet generic document. Please redact (remove) all references to the identity of parties for safety and security reasons.
